Bedrettin Yılmaz completed her undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Law in the years between 1997-2001. After completing his legal internship, he enrolled in Istanbul Bar Association in 2003 and started his working life at Elit Law Firm, which he established.

He studied at the Private Law Post Graduate Education Program at Kadir Has University. He has studies on Horizontal and Vertical Mergers and Acquisitions within the Framework of Competition Board Decisions, restructuring by means of reconciliation in companies whose financial situation deteriorates, Liquidation of Acquired Goods Regime, Exhaustion of Domestic Legal Remedies in Application to ECHR, Defect Liability within the Framework of the Turkish Code of Obligations, Retraction from Check which is as one of negotiable instruments, Forged and Altered checks.

Bedrettin Yılmaz has provided and continues to offer legal consultancy and advocacy services to many domestic and foreign companies. Her main study subjects are Corporate Law, Energy Law, Contracts Law, Litigation and Dispute Proceeding / Resolution, Mediation, Arbitration, Real Estate Law, Zoning Law, Tax Law and Commercial Law.

He has expertise in Commercial Law, Law of Obligations and Mediation, which is one of the alternative solution processes, and actively provides services in these areas.
